    This pet-friendly vacation rental in Frederica can comfortably sleep 2 people. The studio apartment has a full kitchen, fireplace, television, internet, and an outdoor area with a fire pit and grill. Linens and towels are provided. Canoes/kayaks are also available for guest use. There is no minimum stay at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, or a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 pm and must check-out by 10 am. Sound good?

      Fun for Fido

      A small private fenced area adjacent to the unit for a supervised off-leash romp. Dogs allowed on dock and in watercraft. Quiet, dark, secluded but close to many places to take the dog. Local brewery, distillery, sandwich place allow dogs. Nearby hiking with the dog, dog park within 10 miles. Owners' pets are on-premises so visiting dogs must be leashed except in a private yard or on dock. Lots of places for long walks with dog nearby. Must respect neighbors' property and drive to places to take long walks.
