One of THREE homes on the same canal! This Nov 2023 renovated cozy waterfront 2/1 is located on a deep & wide canal near Lake George and Georgetown. Extra large 52' deck overlooking the water. Leave your boat in for your entire stay. It's just a 15 minute boat ride to Salt Springs, Silver Glen, or Jupiter Springs -it's all about the water and relaxation here! Boat rentals nearby. The area claims to be the "Bass Capital of the World"! Get your freshwater fishing and swimming in nearby and/or visit the white beaches and shopping in St. Augustine only about an hour away. Welcome to our happy place! Pets accepted with a fee. Larger group? We have THREE homes on the same canal!
