There was multiple issues in this rental. Front light did not work, front bathroom fan did not work, kitchen light had open sockets, missing bulbs, washing machine was not clean, dryer seemed to be not venting outside, toilet rocked on floor. The registers and vents were all filthy. It was not ready for us when we arrived at 5pm, check-in was at 4pm. The backyard was not suitable for a dog to use, dirt and weeds, leaves, no grass. There was no dog area in the neighborhood, we had to go to a park 7 miles away to walk and let the dog do his job.
Then on 2nd day while we were out sightseeing, the pest control guy came and entered the house to spray for bugs inside and out without notification. The next morning our dog experienced a seizure, first time ever, that frightened us. Contacted owner and pest control company to see if it was safe for humans and pets. Of course they said it was safe. We left after 3 nights of a 6 night stay, could not leave quick enough. We should get a refund for this stay.
