Checked in and was told pet rooms are in a separate building, not the main building. Not a problem, until we got to the room. Parking is a nightmare for anything besides a compact car. The entire room was not level, it felt like the room was falling away from the rest of the building. The carpet seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned in 20 years and was coming up throughout the room. The walls were stained, there was graffiti in multiple places in the room. They are very careful to post pictures of everything nice and clean, but that is not reality. If we didn't have two dogs and two children, we would have walked away and slept in the truck. Do not stay at this hotel and read the Google reviews before considering. Would have chosen zero bones, but not an option.
