This is a newly renovated one bedroom unit with eat-in kitchen and living area. It has been renovated and also has all new furniture and linens. It has a new queen bed with twin futon also in the living area. This is a charming 1905 building that is warm and inviting. Completely furnished with utilities. This includes WiFi and a SmartTv. This home is walking distance to the world famous sponge docks, downtown tarpon is loaded with restaurants, pubs and quaint stores. We are only a block from the Pinellas Bike Trail that takes you to everything from Clearwater Beach and beyond. We are 3 blocks from a dog park and kids swim park. Pets are considered please message me, there will be a non refundable pet deposit.
