Hotel Kelowna & Conference Centre welcomes three pets up to 50 lbs for an additional fee $20 per night for a maximum of four nights. Deluxe Rooms and Suites are not pet friendly. Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets may not be left unattended in rooms. Dog treats and cleanup bags are available at the front desk. There is a grassy area on the property for pet relief.

    Meh

    For dogs, this hotel is nothing special. No outside access from the first floor rooms and we were placed on the 3rd floor. The floors have carpet everywhere so make sure you get in the first floor or your dog is well trained. For just humans it’s not a bad hotel.

Health & Safety

Safe Stay: Hotel Kelowna & Conference Centre has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
