The Priscilla House was built by a Sea Captain for his daughter Priscilla and this popular large vacation home is nestled on Main Street. Our Guests love that they can walk to restaurants, unique local retail shops - our favorite bagel bakery is right next door! Close by are popular beaches - Lighthouse Beach, Andrew Harding's Beach, and Oyster Pond. This exquisite home sleeping up to 18 people is ideal for family reunions, holidays, and special occasions. Owners Share Why I Love My Home:
This home is uniquely located right in the center of town while maintaining a private and quiet vibe. The house is set back just enough off of Main Street making the front porch a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee as morning walkers whisk by. Coffee is even available across the street or next door if you don't feel like making your own! When stepping out the backdoor into the perfectly poised backyard, you feel as if you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of town as you relax by the fire pit or grill dinner and play frisbee. Inside, the oversized kitchen island provides the perfect spot for casual morning breakfasts while prepping lunches for a day at the beach. This is such a special home to share with family and friends for the perfect getaway.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
This large luxury style coastal vacation home has been thoroughly updated to provide you with all the modern conveniences and comfortable accommodations in a relaxed setting. Everything is included – bed linens, bath towels, outdoor barbeque grills, beach chairs, wagons to cart to the beach. An excellent base for exploring Cape Cod, just step out the front door and walk to great shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, art galleries, beaches, concerts, and local theaters with plays changing weekly.

When you enter the home through the East entrance, you will be in the State of the Art kitchen with all stainless appliances. This is a entertainers delight! Large center Quartz island lends you to create wonderful family meals with ease. The quartz countertops are sure to delight the baker in your group as well. Off the kitchen is a laundry room offering a full size washer and dryer. There is also a half bath just beyond the laundry area. Straight ahead you will find yourself in the living area with a sectional couch offering plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. Enjoy the ease of outdoor grilling with the wall to wall sliders to the outdoor patio area.
Across from the kitchen is the Butlers pantry with Wet bar, the perfect place for the mixologist in your group, to create that iconic Cape Codder! Chill your favorite wine and beer in the mini fridge and an additional dishwasher to handle those extra glasses!

On the left side of the home is the dining room with a large dining table that seats 12-16, gather here for great conversation over a family dinner. To the right the dining room opens up to the den which offers a coastal seating area and another large flat screen television. Past the den and to the left , is a covered porch offering seating, a special spot to sit back with a book or just people watch as families come and go to the beach and downtown shopping village.

The Stage Harbor Room , Bedroom #1 This master Suite offers a King Bed and a Full bath with shower and is conveniently located on the 1st floor.

Head up to the 2nd floor- Up these stairs and to the right are the following bedrooms all off the East Hallway:
The Oyster Room Bedroom #2, with a Queen Bed.
Down the hall on the left is Bathroom #2, a full bath with a shower and tub. Continue past the staircase and on your left is
The Sand Dollar Room Bedroom #3, with 1 Queen bed.
The Starfish Room Bedroom #4, with 2 twin beds is at the end of the East Hallway
To the right of the beginning of the hallway is the entry to the West Hallway. Immediately to the right of the West Hallway is
The Chatham Light Room Bedroom #5, which offers a King Bed with en suite with full bath that offers a shower.
Continue down the hallway and on your right is Bathroom #3 a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

The South Beach Room Bedroom #7,with a two twin beds is at the end of the hallway.
Back at the beginning of the West hallway, to the left is the staircase that leads to the Upper level of the home.

North Beach Room #1 and 2, Bedrooms #8 and 9 , this room has 4 Twin beds and a separate private room off the sitting area with a queen bed.

The backyard of this home has high hedges and is mostly fenced in offering you privacy. You are in the heart of Chatham but still have your own area to sit back and relax with your favorite libation on the back deck as the sun sets. Enjoy a dinner prepared on the gas grill and gather around any of the 2 picnic tables or dining table on the deck. While waiting grab your favorite libation and relax around the fire pit! There is even a fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water for washing away a day well spent in the sun at any of the area's beaches - a true Cape Cod tradition.

A special home to experience the most iconic area on the Cape - Chatham. Leave the car at the Priscilla House and walk to a variety of restaurants from casual sandwich shops to the famous Chatham Bars Inn. Beaches are a short stroll away - the most photographed lighthouse is just around the corner!

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
