For a Best Western this hotel had very nice rooms. Our complaints mostly revolved around parking and access. The parking lot is a typical city/urban lot a block from the hotel. Not ideal for either large vehicles or leaving anything in you vehicle. The front entrance of the hotel has about 30 stairs that vary in shape and direction (kind of stylish but tough to bring a lot of luggage up). We stayed here after the ferry from the mainland on a week camping trip. We had a lot of gear in the back of our truck and had to bring to all into the room for security. That process was frustrating. If you have small to moderate luggage and not a huge vehicle, I recommend this hotel. Note that this Best Western does not provide breakfast like many (in the US) do.
