The waterfront villa has a swimming pool, fireplace, television, internet, and a fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. Linens and towels are provided. Beach chairs, bicycles, and canoes/kayaks are also available for guest use. There is no minimum stay at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, or a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm and must check-out by 11 am.
