2024 Weekly Rates WITHOUT required added Agency and VRBO Fees and the amounts reflected on Lease Agreement that you sign for parties of 8 or less: April 29 - June 15 $3500; June 15- June 29 $3900; June 29 - July 27 $5200; July 27 - August 24 $5500; August 24 - October 12 $4000.

Please note the Security Deposit is $750 and VRBO does not process or collect this amount but instead places a collateral credit hold for this amount, to be released in the event no claims are made, therefore VRBO issues no security refund. Please note if occupancy greater than 8 is ever permitted, an extra $234 per person per week charge will be assessed by VRBO ($200 is the Amount that will reflected on your Lease Agreement) and added to the weekly rental rate, though occupancy above 8 will only rarely be given consideration. Please also note all persons do count as individual occupants for limit purposes regardless of whether vrbo classifies them as such. No Landline provided, however excellent cell reception recorded. Please note there may be owner occupants staying in the detached Carriage Apartment. Please note no use of the Living Room comfort stove is permitted! Please inquire about possible availability of a mooring. Parking for 2 Vehicles only, please let us know if you anticipate a third vehicle and we can see if this might possibly be accommodated. Note: If pets are considered, they are not permitted on the furnishings or any of the beds, no exceptions can be made. Please also note that you are encouraged to not leave pets in the house unattended for any period of time, additionally please note this home is not suited to accommodate any pets that bark by habit; thanks in advance for your understanding!
