When I got home I noticed a $161 additional charge on my credit card. I phoned the hotel and was told the charge was because I had a dog. I was told that they only have one pet friendly room, and that wasn’t the one I was in. I was never contacted by the hotel or received an invoice. Only a charge on my credit card. Beware!

Safe Stay: Tower Inn and Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Cashless payment is available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
