Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with extra bonus room which sleeps and additional 4 people. Property allows for Parking of 3 cars, An Indoor 2 car garage + 1 off street exterior spot on the property. This Town home has many upgraded architectural details to bring a rich luxurious feel to the home. 3 FLOORS OF balconies face the east with unobstructed views towards the boardwalk.
Owner provides (8) beach badges included for use during your stay. Children under twelve do not require badges for beach use.
Park your vehicles and walk wherever it is that you need to go during your stay. Town home is within Walking distance to the most popular shops, restaurants, and night-life in Seaside Heights, Ortley Beach and Lavalette Areas.
(*NOTE: If beach badges are lost there will be a $100 per badge charge. If on street parking pass is provided and then lost it is a $350 fee to replace it. Seaside Heights Metered parking pass provided only if requested for an additional fee of $100)
Bed and Bath linens are not provided by the owner and are the responsibility of the guests. (1) Queen Size Bed and (4) Full Size Beds are on premise and guests will need sheets for all.
