The house has a swimming pool, fireplace, television, internet, and an outdoor patio that Fido will enjoy! Linens and towels are provided. Bicycles and canoes/kayaks are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 6 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 pm and must check-out by 11 am.

Your next vacation rental home is located on a wooded lot with a winding driveway down to your mountain home getaway. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a 2 car garage. All living areas are located on one floor. The master bedroom offers a King sized 12" Memory Foam bed with a private bath, which includes a double sink and a large walk-in shower. The room also has a private office and sitting area for that morning cup of coffee. The master bedroom offers a 47 inch TV with Cable and a DVD player. The second bedroom is a spacious room with a queen sized bed and closet. The third bedroom offers another queen size bed and a closet. These two rooms share a full sized bathroom; which includes a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink. The house offers complementary High Speed WiFi. The living room has a 55 inch SMART TV so you can access your favorite movies with DVD player. A floor to ceiling beautiful stone gas fire place awaits you. Multiple sky lights welcome in the mountain sunshine. Adjoining the great room is a spacious sun-room with room to sit and enjoy the nature views. Off the great room there is a deck with furniture that overlook a wooded nature path to the golf fairway. Bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience. The kitchen provides most staples including a multitude of spices. There are 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, male and female golf clubs, and various fishing gear available to use during your stay.
