Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 pm and must check-out by 11 am.

Completely remodeled 2/1 cottage with a huge deck on an acre overlooking Lake Wateree on the Camden side.
Private, brand new boat dock and shared boat ramp (* RAMP NOT AVAILABLE DURING 2023 LAKE WATEREE (water is FEET lower than usual while they work on the dam) - Our lake is typically a beach-entry type lake depending on the water levels. Only 20 mins to Camden! Only 1 hour 15 minutes to downtown Charlotte. Panoramic, unobstructed water views with 100+ feet of lake frontage! New wood floors and all new appliances in a gorgeous "Chip and Joanna-approved" kitchen! Sleeps 5. 15 mins to Wal-Mart, Starbucks & Chic-Fil-a. 1 mile to Clearwater Marina. Easy road access to this guest house.
