The Property
We're willing to guess that if you've ever daydreamed about your ideal Isle of Palms holiday rental, it looked something like this! This lovely 4400 sq ft 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom property has an elevator, private pool (not heated), excellent ocean views, and is only a 100-yard stroll to the beach. With all of the features this property has to offer, you're bound to fall in love!

The home's main floor features a great design, with an open concept living and kitchen area. Hang out with your family and friends on the large sofas while watching TV and using the high-speed internet. The elegant kitchen features high-quality gadgets as well as a normal Keurig coffee maker. You can make whatever you want because it's completely equipped, and there's a dining set that seats eight as well as additional sitting at the bar countertop. A separate living space section off the kitchen includes another TV and a queen sleeper sofa; kids love this separate space!

Then, use the sliding glass door to access the deck, where you can enjoy a barbecue grill and views of the pool down below. There is also a dining set which is great for eating meals in the fresh ocean air. There are also stairs that go down to the pool and this is where you can relax in quality pool chairs and take in the coastal vibe! This spacious fenced-in backyard provides quality privacy as well as quality space.

This beautiful beach house has six bedrooms, three on the main level and three on the upper floor. An upper balcony extends around the second story and provides access to two master bedrooms. Each master suite has its own television, as does the queen bedroom on the main level. For those traveling with children, the remaining two bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space, with one on the main level outfitted with two bunk beds and the other on the top level outfitted with two twin beds. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom for your comfort and convenience.

Apart from the windows and wrap-around balconies, there's an upper-level sitting space with a spiral staircase leading up to a rooftop deck with an interior sitting area and numerous chairs to take in the beautiful Atlantic view. The upper second floor sitting space features a large flat-screen TV, a mini wet bar, and access to the second-level balcony.
The Area
Isle of Palms, South Carolina is the perfect destination for a beach vacation. With miles of white sand beaches, delicious seafood restaurants, and plenty of outdoor activities, it's no wonder why so many people flock to this destination year after year. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family-friendly adventure, or an opportunity to just get away from it all, there's something for everyone in Isle of Palms.

Start your day off with a relaxing stroll along the beach and soak up some sun while taking in the stunning views. If you're feeling adventurous, rent kayaks or paddleboards and explore the water or take a guided tour to discover the nearby barrier islands. *Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 6 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
