Our dog was treated okay, but we will never stay at this Quality Inn again, and, because of this experience, we will probably not stay in any Quality Inn again. We would have left after walking into the room, but we couldn’t get our money back. Black mold in shower; sharp edges on broken bathroom tile; toilet moves when someone sits on it; have to hold toilet seat up to pee or it will fall closed; toilet flapper is loose, so the toilet runs every few minutes; brown water in pool; not clean overall; windows are so dirty that you can’t look out them; refrigerator is loose in cabinet & falls out of cabinet when opened unless we’re extremely careful; internet almost never works; no clock (minor inconvenience); very limited selection on breakfast and the only ‘hot’ thing was waffles; headboard behind bed had been knocked down or taken down and was sitting on the floor; not enough lighting/rather dark. We were charged 3 times for our stay, so we will have to check with our credit card company to be sure two of them are removed.

It was fine for an overnight. Dog friendly but not much place to walk dogs. Smoke detector chirped due to lo battery and after several trips to the desk we were able to find a replacement battery! Nice desk staff but not overly helpful.

The only thing positive I can say is that the people were nice. The place was a dump. I felt unsafe, the door to our room barely had a functioning lock. The inside physical lock was loose and barely screwed into the door frame. When we checked in I wasn't even sure if the place was open. All the doors to the guest rooms were all open and totally unmade. It was just a weird experience and not a nice location or even decent hotel. It was cheap, so I should have expected the condition, but I was still somewhat surprised how bad it was.

The room was large, well appointed and very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. There was plenty of outdoor space to walk the dog. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay there again.

Needed a place to stay for the night and it was sufficient. Nothing spectacular, just a good clean room.
