Do not stay here. It is disgusting. No free pet amenities. Tacky Sonseta engraved dog bowls are available for sale only. The rooms were gross. Giant stains on lamps and couches. The entire hotel smells like a really strong perfume, and our end of the hotel smelled like curry. The front desk was super busy with people complaining about rooms not being reset properly or not at all. Literally people are roaming the halls carrying towels and or toiletries back to their rooms - including toilet paper.
The front desk blamed miscommunication with cleaning crew for the reason the rooms were filthy. Mostly we just saw the very young male cleaning crew playing in the halls and sharing videos of 1/2 dressed girls dancing. This is not a group that should be cleaning hotel rooms. The breakfast bar was cheap continental. Generic cereals, very thin premade waffles, zero protein. Pool was closed. Limited parking in front of hotel. Saw hotel workers use up all the good parking.

My husband called to make our reservation, stating multiple times we have 2 big dogs. Reiterated it at check-in. Then the manager came out, accusing of us trying to sneak them in (the front door). She was endlessly rude, threatening to kick us out if we were "a problem." To be clear, our dogs were peeing outside of the narrow strip of grass that serves as the dog area. No barking, no rough-housing. We were on the top floor, right behind the elevator. To say we passed a restless night, just waiting for this manager to pick a fight.

Check-in staff was great. We had a perfect room - ground level and a slider that opened up to the lawn for the dogs. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Friendly staff, but that’s where the positives end. Dirtiest and most run down hotel we’ve stayed in for a long time! Dirty, worn out, broken stuff everywhere we went. Our room smelled terrible, the carpet and bathroom floor were gross. The shower dispensers were empty and broken! The rooms (suite) are very small. There was a tiny, old refrigerator that sat on the floor. The inserts for the coffee maker were for a different model and would not fit! The slider door to the “porchette” looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time! The headboard was so disgusting that we went back out to our car to get Chlorox wipes to clean it off before we went to bed. We are not that persnickety, but this place is not up to even tolerable
