    Excellent place to stay for you and your pets!

    Very quiet, comfortable and convenient location at a great price! This hotel is at the end of a cul-de-sac so it is away from the noisy highway traffic. It is right off the interstate, and right across the street from shopping and restaurants. Mobile is only about ten minutes away, depending on traffic, and the beaches are about 45 minutes away. It is also just a short drive from the beautiful Mobile Bay and USS Alabama. It is located in Spanish Fort ), which is a very safe area, so security was never an issue. The staff are very friendly, and really love our dogs! We were allowed to leave the dogs in our room while we were away visiting family, and there was never an issue. Due to covid they are not offering breakfast, but there are snacks, drinks and frozen meals for sale at the front desk, and McDonald's is right next door. This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in in the entire state of Alabama! We will definitely be staying here again!

    Staff was nice, but the hotel was old and had a strange smell. Would not return.

    Served it’s purpose

    Convenient location near food and shopping. Our room floor was filthy. Tub was all scuffed with dirty grout. Sink faucet was loose and pulling away from sink. Bed was like a brick and pillows were hard. But we were so tired.

    Very nice, but noisy

    Very nice, modern and clean. No pet fee is nice, but you must agree to pay for the room of another patron, should they decide to leave because of barking from your dog. The modern flooring (no carpeting) is attractive, but tends to amplify sound. Hallway and elevator noise is significant and can disturb sleep.

    Don’t Stay Here! Beware!!

    The worst travel experience I’ve had in all my years of travel. They changed their pet policy and it states that you can be charged if your animal causes any disturbance.... which is at their discretion. They also state that they can call Animal Control and have your animal impounded for barking. This too is at their discretion. My dog is 15 and doesn’t bark but I was scared to leave him crated to even go to dinner due to this. We were their for a wedding and this policy was changed after we made our reservation (we were never notified of this change) so we called Wyndham and they couldn’t even guarantee our money back and wouldn’t help us get a room elsewhere. I ended up taking my dog to a wedding that I was in town for due to the unfriendliness pet policy. The room was also dirty and I had to ask for clean sheets and the bathroom lock was broken. Save your money and stay anywhere but here! If I could give this place a negative bone rating I would.
