      Good pillows and nice with a dog

      Very Comfortable Room

      We really enjoyed our one night stay here. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. It was also conveniently located to downtown, the pier, and the highway. The only issue was it smelled like a pet friendly room. We could tell the moment we walked in that pets had been in the room. It smelled of dog dander, a cat, or a mix of the two. We’ve stayed in other dog friendly rooms and they’ve never smelled like the previous pet resident. We sprayed Lysol and wiped everything with Clorox wipes and that seemed to help.

      Updated rooms!

      The room and bedding and towels were new. The shower head was amazing. It was very clean. Very nice evening receptionist and COVID safe checkin. Highly recommend! Only issue was we were in room 110 across from the elevators. While they were quite our dog heard the people and barked a few times during the night.

      Not really pet friendly

      It is okay to bring a pet, but you cannot leave it there while you go to the beach, or out to eat. I was told that under no circumstances could our dog, who slept in a crate while we were gone, be there without us. The restaurants we wanted to eat at and the beaches do not allow dogs. We had to quickly find a kennel on a Saturday. I have never experienced this kind of policy before. We will not stay here again.

      Great Pet Friendly Hotel

      We stayed in room 134 close to the rear entrance. At first glance, it looked like there wasn't a good potty spot for dogs. However, if you exit the building and go to the left past the dumpster you will find plenty of green grass for your fur baby.
