The Days Inn is probably the best location to be at on the Harbour front in Victoria. I had an oceanside harbour view and the rooms have a better view than most of the other hotels in Victoria. However, the building itself is very old and even without the noise of humans walking up and down the halls and opening and closing doors, the building itself makes a lot of noise. There isn't air conditioning and the fan in my room was very noisy. The staff is really friendly and the restaurant in front has very good food. The building is just old. It should really be rated 2 bones rather than 3 to let customers know.

We have stayed a number of times now with our two large dogs and can't say enough about the welcome we have always received. It's a bonus that we are able to eat on the patio with our dogs in tow. The hotel is within walking distance of the harbour, the parliament buildings and other tourists spots within the downtown core.
