Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.

    Friendly Staff

    Location was good and the staff was friendly. The room was clean except for the carpet which was littered with nail clippings.

    My dog liked it!

    Stayed one night, saw many pets staying with thier owners. Room was clean and it was quiet (5th floor). Some leakage issues on the first floor but nothing that would cause discomfort. Pool was clean and gated so we let our dog off his leash as we were the only ones there. Would stay there again.

    No Soap!

    Stayed overnight. No soap in room. Told to go to Dollar Store. Staff not wearing masks, gloves or hand sanitizer. Felt very vulnerable during our stay.

    Good Location with Restaurant

    Located right off I-10 West, this hotel offers an in-house restaurant with surprisingly good food. The room offered an exceptionally comfortable bed. Multi-story hotel, so if your dog doesn't like elevators, it's worth asking for a first floor room. Good experience overall.

    Nice Facility But No Hot Water

    When we checked in at the hotel, the clerk told us that the hot water was out and would be back working in 30 to 45 minutes. The next morning there was still no hot water. The clerk on duty told me that the maintenance me would fix it when they came on duty in the morning. Other than that, the stay was fine. Clean room and adequate area to walk my dog around the facility.

    Older, but clean

    Rooms were smaller and seemed packed with too much furniture for the size, but it was clean enough and quiet enough.

    Great Staff & Room....but....

    I do not recommend the restaurant food. Hotel staff said they were on a contract and not affiliated with the hotel. Great rooms!

    Updated Hotel, Friendly Staff, And No Pet Fee

    The hotel is obviously older (small rooms, old fashioned layout) but is recently renovated and has modern decor and room amenities. The location is Convenient for I10 travel with many restaurants around. The Hotel has a restaurant, too. The Only drawback is there are limited locations for dog walking. Still Very Highly recommended!
