Hotels was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and outgoing to make your stay a good one. Our boy Ruger was greeted and talked to every time we came in or left. A little more room for pets to relieve themselves would be great (remember everyone it is your responsibility to pick up after your pet not the hotels). Only downside is a fee for parking even though it was just a regular parking lot.
This property is the perfect place to spend time with our pets. Great location, cleanliness, from check-in to checkout. The associates were so kind. We almost left our pups sleeping pillow. As we were loading our car, before realizing we left it in the room, one of the associates was running it to us. Talk about great service!!!!
Promote pet friendly but front desk staff seemed bothered I had a pet. I did see dog treats on side table in lobby but was told pet rules when I arrived. I have a small, hypoallergenic dog with great manners. Pet fee was pricey comparatively speaking. We were given a room near the exit and okay outdoor space for bathroom break with waste bags and can. Room was good but hotel was a bit tired. Except for front desk staff, other staff welcomed my pet.
we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. They were very friendly and welcoming. Dogs must remain in a leash at all times, but can stay in the room by themselves. There is a nice grassy area to take them out. Would definitely stay there again.
