The room was quite good, clean and quiet but it was over priced, both for the room and dog fee. Then there was evidence of sloppy housekeeping; bottle of body wash was empty, TV remote did not work properly, for example.

I had booked the hotel through you and requested 2 queen beds. When we got there, they had put us in a king room so I called the front desk and they said all of their double rooms were sold out. I told her I had requested the 2 queens when I booked and she said because I booked through a third party agent you basically get what you get! They had PLENTY of available rooms! Most had the stickers still on the door and we arrived late in the evening.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had an end room with a door to the outside just steps away, very convenient and helpful! Would definitely stay again if traveling through the area.
