  Best yet!

  This was the pups favorite place so far on our cross country trip. It’s off the beaten path and no restaurants close so plan ahead in that regard. The rooms were huge. The front grassy area was amazing and pups could run and get their zoomies on! Donna at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby… even the local police stop by for them! It may be an older place but we were more than satisfied with the accommodations.

  Great Hospitality

  The hotel itself is quite dated. Not a problem for us as we were traveling and can’t be too choosy with three large (up to 90lb) pooches. There were a few things like a stained old chair that we would have been better without. The room itself was clean, under the bed, everywhere. Little things like the chair can overshadow what was otherwise a reasonably proved stay. This hotel is waaaaay off the beaten path, like 20+ mins to the nearest big highway for something like Cracker Barrel. Make advanced plans for dinner! We brought subs. Breakfast was the usual, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits etc.

  Convenient stopover

  Easy stop. Spacious room. Bathroom could have used some more cleaning. Beds were comfortable. No restaurants or gas stations nearby.

  Greystone Inn

  Clean, quiet, free drinks if you'd like one. I had trouble finding the one in Vance because the WiFi in my truck quit working and I was already having trouble with my phone. Otherwise it was a very nice placed to stay. Quiet, clean, everyone was polite. There were a few partiers but they must have been on the other side of the Inn. Thank you BringFido for helping me find somewhere.

  Great place for overnight on the road. Nice touch with complimentary water, sodas at check-in. Needs some updating.

  Great place to stay with dogs

  Hotel staff was very friendly. They got us a pet friendly room on the first floor as requested. Room was clean and large enough for our belongings and the kennels for our 2 dogs. They loved how much room they had to play. Complimentary snacks in room and complimentary drinks in the cooler in the breakfast area. Free breakfast was a variety of fruit, yogurt, individually wrapped biscuits, coffee and creamers, and juices. There is an exercise room, laundry area, and vending machines on site. Free WiFi. Property was clean and pets could use any area on the property to do their business. Side doors of building were secure with key card entry with entrances on all sides of building. Many people seem to complain about the carpet being old but it was clean and did not smell. Owning bigger dogs who have trouble on hardwood floors, this was great for us. Bed and pillows made for a good sleep. Rooms smelled nice and was a welcome change for our last stay in a hotel. We will use this again for our next road trip. Thank you Greystone and staff!
