Days Inn by Wyndham Forrest City is the only full service hotel in the area. Located between Memphis and Little Rock on I-40. Our property is nestled on beautiful Crowley's Ridge amidst landscaping lush with flowers and trees. Our Holiday Inn is close to Sanyo, Airthem, Boars Head, and twenty minutes from Mueller and Addison in Wynne. Village Creek State Park is just 15 minutes away showcasing 7000 acres of beautiful hardwood trees which show a myriad of colors in the Fall. Two lakes are stocked for fishing. Kids can paddleboat, feed the ducks, play on one of several playgrounds. This is fun for the whole family. We were able to park our truck & 20 foot trailer, and they were great with our dog. Check-in staff was friendly, and the room seemed clean but the fixtures, tub, etc. are probably original and very worn. (Probably scary If you're not used to seeing 35-year-old faucets and such.) It was noisy both from the interstate and people coming and going all night long. The security lock inside the door was broken. A check-in we were told breakfast was from 6:00 until 9:00 but when we walked in at about 6:10, the only person in there looked annoyed to see us and there wasn't even coffee available. Reviews on other sites were very between five stars and one star. I figured I'd put one on this site and let you know exactly what I thought. Please learn from my mistakes!
