Room was well maintained other than a few wear areas in the carpet and a sticky side door near the stairwell. Our TV was really messed up but easily fixed. Keurig in the room. Comfortable reading chair and everything you need. Plenty of towels and there were pool towels for the indoor pool.

The rooms were just okay, a bit dirty and musty. Floor felt kind of damp and several of the small containers of lotion, shampoo, etc. were only partially full and felt slimy like they had been used and not replaced. The most uneasy part was when I checked in and mentioned my pet, the concierge at the desk told me they “would allow it”. Thinking that was strange, I did some research on other hotel websites and found no evidence this place was dog friendly. There’s definitely no dog waste stations or designated dog walking area but there was a small lawn where our dog did her business. There are no poop bags so make sure you have your own. Definitely call to confirm your dog ahead of showing up because jury’s out if dogs are allowed or not.

The front office manager was fantastic, best customer service! The rooms and entire hotel were clean and very comfortable. Good area, great grass area for the dogs. It was just myself and my pup traveling and I felt completely safe! Highly recommend!

This was a clean and comfortable hotel in an easy location off the highway. The lady who worked at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Good options for the grab-and-go breakfast, dog-friendly, and delicious food options nearby. Go to Uncork'd if you are looking for a great meal! Would recommend to others passing through Fort Smith and would definitely book again!
