The staff here was amazing - super helpful and accommodating. I only took one “bone” off because our room was nice but a/c didn’t really work, microwave kept randomly beeping and no warm water for shower this morning. Everything else was good.

I was greeted pleasantly at the counter. They worked with me to change my reservation since I had arrived a day early. Had me call BringFido to cancel the reservation I made through them and then booked me in directly. My room was clean and comfortable. It does have a wall unit AC which is noisier than central air but it worked well and I was happy. Very limited food options at this hotel. Just had packaged items on shelves in the lobby food wise.

The hotel itself is under a major renovation and is in transition. They did give us a bottom floor walk out to a grassy area which was great for our doggies. However the room itself was old and very outdated. I will look for a different hotel next time I stay in Casa Grande.
