This dog-friendly vacation rental in Virginia Beach can comfortably sleep 12 people in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The waterfront house has a full kitchen, television, internet, laundry, and a bbq grill in the backyard. Linens and towels are provided. Beach chairs, bicycles, and canoes/kayaks are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date, and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 pm and must check-out by 10 am.

Is there a pet friendly beach accessible by walking distance from this location?Asked by

Canine Concierge AnswerThe closest beaches that allow leashed dogs are Virginia Beach on Atlantic Ave or Ocean View Beach on Ocean View Ave. They're each located about 30 minutes away by car. However, Sandbridge Little Island Fishing Pier is about a half-mile from the property, however prior guests have reported on busier days lifeguards have asked dogs to leave.
