  Great Place

  Nice grassy pet area. Very friendly staff. Rooms have been renovated. Great comfy bed. Nice couch and chair. Work table too. HVAC unit works great. Room well insulated and quiet. Breakfast above average. Good coffee!

  Best place in Kingman!

  We have stayed here 6 or 7 times now as we travel from Texas to California. They are very pet friendly and people friendly even more so. Nice area to walk your dog near the front of the hotel. Breakfasts are much above regular hotel free breakfasts. There was homemade sausage and gravy with a nice amount of sausage last week when we stayed. (We are back tonight and look forward to tomorrow morning’s breakfast.) It is always fresh and plentiful. The hotel is older but always very clean and has comfortable beds. Much better than the other Best Western down the street. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful!

  This Best Western in Kingman AZ really is the best! They were really thoughtful to my pups and my needs. And best of all they have a fabulous breakfast. They earned 5 bones easily. I highly recommend them.

  Clean room, good breakfast, easy access. Parking lot was a little loud, but I guess that’s the tradeoff for easy in & out with our doggo. Would stay again.

  Worth the $$

  Stopped overnight en route from NM to CA. Checked into a 1st floor room that seemed to have been recently remodeled and was exceptionally clean and without any odors (pet nor cleaning chemicals). Plenty of nice towels & fluffy pillows.

  The hotel is very accommodating for dogs. There is a small grassy area for dogs and a dog park a mile away on the same road. For humans, the rooms are comfortable and the free breakfast is great.

  Noisy

  The room itself was clean and there was no carpet on the floor. There was a very small grass area for dogs (unfortunately it was next to the smoking area). The night we stayed it was very loud and there were people drinking outside our room. Our dogs were very agitated from all of the noise, so we checked out early at 4am. I can’t speak to the breakfast because we left before it was served.

  My reservation was for a non pet room. Lucky there was a downstairs dog-friendly room available. Potty area had green grass, great breakfast buffet, and the employees were very nice.

  Great location. dog friendly

  The hotel had nice rooms and is dog friendly. I stayed here twice on the way to and from my destination. I had not issue with my dog staying. The grass area to relieve the pets is on the smaller side but you can find other areas to take it if needed. Just clean up after yourself. I will stay here again.

  Good basic accommodations

  This hotel is very basic and also clean. The staff is very nice. Pets are not allowed in the lobby, which makes getting food and coffee difficult. Our dog is fine with outside stairs but other puppers may have a problem.

  Front desk staff is very friendly and organized. We also noticed how conscientious the two breakfast helpers were. Delicious breakfast. Room comfortable. Pet area great for the dog. Will stay there again.

  Clean accommodations

  Room was clean and very comfortable. There is one small patch of grass for dog potty. Staff is very polite and hardworking. The breakfast was fresh and served hot. The morning we left there was only one lady making and serving breakfast. She was working her butt off.

  A great and easy stopover night on a cross-country trip. Everyone I met was warm and friendly, and their breakfast arrangements (COVID maybe?) made it easy for me as a solo dog mom to get food and eat before another day on the road!

  Not as advertised

  After a 7 hour drive, imagine my chagrin to be told that this hotel doesn’t take cats after all, and when they make exceptions, it’s only if the cat is in a cat carrier. They relented when I explained that I booked through a site that stated that pets were allowed at the facility. Also, the key kept deactivating and I had to go twice in one AM to get new keys. I really didn’t want to hear about how I should have read their hotel’s website instead of trusting yours.

  Our stay was a last minute booking on the road to CA. The staff was welcoming. It was nice to see COVID-19 protocols in place as well. The room was clean and the location felt safe. Great grassy area for pets as well.

  The rooms are clean and there is an area to walk your dog, but the shining star of this hotel is Paula who serves the hot breakfast in the lobby. She is very sweet and courteous!

  Perfect for a Night

  The room was comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was quiet which is hard to find. We all slept great, including our pup.

  Clean, convenient, with friendly staff

  We stayed here on our way to NM with two dogs. Staff were super friendly and the social distancing and mask protocols due to pandemic were well thought out and clear.

  Room was clean, in good condition, there is a small grass pet area, other than that it is your standard well kept hotel on main street in a small town. Would recommend & would stay here again.

  Perfect 👌 for us.

  We were very happy for the night. Room felt safe. Loved parking right outside the door. Oyster Seafood Mexican across the street was delicious for dinner. Breakfast was good and served nicely. We’d stay again.

  The room was spacious and very clean. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast selection in the a.m. including hot dishes. Small grassy area for the pooch. Nice dog park less than a mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

  Overall a great stay. Our dogs were comfy as were our kiddos. There happened to be some police/fire crew commotion outside our room, but otherwise it was a quiet stay. The breakfast was impressive given COVID restrictions.

  Easy stay with pets!

  Concierge booked us close to the pet relief area, which is just a small lawn. Right off the freeway and perfect for a quick stop. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

  Super friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was very nice and clean! Definitely the best stay along our long route so far! Dog area was a little small but good enough for the dogs to do their business. Would definitely stay again if our this way. Also provided a local map and pointed out a nice dog park only about 1 mile away.

  Great Hotel

  CLean, comfortable hotel. It has a dog area at end of one of the buildings. Only problem we had was someone checked in with their dogs put them in their room and they left. Dogs barked for hours!! Other than that nice place. We would stay there again.

  The staff was great. The room was very comfortable, updated and clean. The bed was super.
  One of the maids even came through with a personal towel when our dog cut her foot in the car before we left.
  I really wish we could duplicate this Best Western for every night of our trip.

  Great service, nice room, the king size bed was Very computable. All 3 of us just passed out. WiFi was hard to connect to. Good location, close to restaurants.
