Only 150 metres from the town hall, this property boasts 4 large bedrooms - 2 bedrooms have either 2 single or 1 x king ( you choose) . The 3rd has 4 x single or 2 x king and the fourth has 4 single beds . There is also a sleep out with a 2 x singles or one x king . Perfect for a large group or family. Add to this a spacious lounge and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets - the ultimate in size, space and comfort. Each room (including sleep out) has a built in split system air conditioner for all year round comfort.
Plus house has a ducted heater/cooler system.
