Of the three hotels we stayed at on our trip from Minnesota to California with our WGS Sheba and cat James, this was our least favorite, despite being the most expensive. The hotel was crazy busy, which is not an issue, however, upkeep is a bit lacking including dirty lamp scones and a spa under construction, but not mentioned on any website. The two other places we stayed in had laminated floors - however, here, you're charged a non-refundable fee of $50 and there is carpet in the rooms! We were not happy with that. The TV was difficult to control and the hallways hot. On the positive side, they have two grassy areas for dogs and a fantastic breakfast buffet with plenty of seating with plug-ins for your electronics. With a few tweaks, two bones could be added.

Doing Route 66. Easy to get to basic room. No specific dog area, but plenty of grass around the building.

We had stayed at this hotel before. Since our previous stay, the hotel is much more run down and frankly dirty. I would not go back, especially since there are other good alternatives in Kingman. The one bright spot is that the hotel employees were friendly and attentive.

We had a room on the first floor across from the pool. I was a bit worried because I was thinking I’m going to hear things all night! We were also right next to the elevator but it was quiet! Beds were comfy, they allow you to leave your pets in the room unattended. Nice lawn for the pups. The only downside was the breakfast which consisted of a brown bag with a muffin and piece of fruit.

The hotel and rooms are fine. The location is near the Interstate which is the main advantage. I gave a low rating because the hotel reception staff are not following any of the required COVID 19 protocols; receptionist not wearing a face mask at all, handing out unwrapped eating utensils with ungloved hands.

Hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable. The front desk people very friendly. They have a couple of dog Areas which was nice. There is a $20 fee per pet.

Made a stopover here on way to Flagstaff. The staff were great, very helpful. Room was very nice for a pet room (clean, large). Room was also close to 1 of 2 GRASS dog walks, Other hotel amenities were quite good as well.
