We spent the least and were SO pleasantly surprised with our room! Very nice and a full kitchen! Staff was so friendly!!! Personally, I wanted to stay another night but we were booked every night for our 3-week road trip adventure.

Hotel staff was wonderful! Has recently changed owners and is undergoing some renovations. We were surprised to find carpet in a pet friendly room. Overall a good place for a nice price near the lake and London Bridge.

There was someone else's throw up on the toilet. Housekeeping needs a lot of work to have missed this. TV not working. Other than that it was okay. But the throw up did it for me.

This is a great place to stay if you have a dog! So friendly it has nice grassy area to take the dog. Plus very close to London Bridge beach and channel!

The hotel just isn't nice. We aren't complaining about our stay just commenting. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and there is plenty of grass for doggy business. The hotel is older. The rooms have been remodeled but the bathrooms and lobby have not. The AC was so loud that we couldn't hear the TV when the volume was all the way up. There is no soap dish in the bathroom. The shower looked so gross that neither of us wanted to use it. The bed worked fine which is what matters most.

FYI, Island Inn Hotel is being renovated and it is in dire need of updates. Balcony sliding glass door can be opened but does not close without a huge struggle. The toilet bowl cycles water every 20 seconds. The bathtub faucet shot out of the wall when the shower head diverter was used. On the plus side, there is a dog friendly beach and a walking trail both within walking distance from the site. It is a very quiet facility and the staff is very accommodating. Terrific for the pets, not so much for us humans

No complaints, very much what we expected. We found it to be dog-friendly. Bed was good, bath was adequate--plenty of pressure & got water. Room seemed clean enough. Lots of renovation underway on lower floors. Our third floor lake view had a nice balcony but no balcony furniture. Dog areas are gravel or Arizona-dead grass and dirt. Staff was typical small-town rural US and seemed overworked and minimal with Covid as an excuse. In-room coffee but no breakfast, again because of Covid. Masking required per plentiful postings but we saw no one on staff masked so as to cover nose and mouth. We are fully immunized so that didn't bother us. Summary: budget hotel, pets allowed, book with modest expectations.

I would not stay there again, the room was dirty, made me check for bedbug remains..but bathroom was clean, and we didn't even have a screen on the window where the curtain was closed (found out when we opened it in the morning since we came in late and pulled the curtains fully shut.) Front desk said the place was in a remodel mode, floors 1 & 2 were done, they put us on 3....it was too late to move to another hotel.

Next to the Lake and sandy washes - lots of room for the hounds to roam. Handsome Luke and Gentlemen Jack were PLEASED with the accommodations!

I had the same experience as other reviewers... The place needs to be updated and it was pretty filthy. Got the job done. Be sure to read the fine print on the pet release: They require you to attend your pet at all times, which was impossible for me during Thanksgiving. So I broke the rules... Sorry...
