Constructed in the mid 80's, more than 60 one and two bedroom furnished condos, arranged around pools, spas, and pleasant courtyards. Island Suites is located 3 blocks from Lake Havasu and the beach, and is centrally located to ""everything."", Each of our condos has a private entrance, a spacious living/family room with cozy furnishings, cable TV, and a private balcony or patio. They also offer a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils for your convenience. Please note that a $300 security deposit will be required upon check in. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.

Very pleased with room. Spacious and well appointed. Comfortable. However there is no obvious place for dogs to relieve themselves. The gravel landscaped areas had lots of large dog poo. Come on travellers-that’s on YOU to pick up the poo! I usually don’t mind picking up occasional droppings, but I don’t carry a shovel! The hotel could do better by posting poo bag holders and to pick up for the gross factor but ultimately the responsibility lies with us.

We pre-paid for a deluxe size king room, and we’re downgraded to a standard sized king room. Also, very obvious pet stain circles on the carpet in the living room. Were they even cleaned? Air conditioner made a racket all night. Not pleased with this stay.

The room was very spacious and the check-in girl was wonderful. Reason for only 3 bones, we were put on the second floor and there is no elevator. We brought 4 dogs, two are seniors; one cannot do stairs and the other has difficulty so taking them all out to potty was difficult, and also very limited potty area.
