    Terrible experience!

    We had made a reservation online, called at 9:00 pm to let them know we would be a late arrival and we were told "no problem" We got to the hotel at midnight to find two other couples standing there being told there were no rooms available even though all of us had reservations. We were told they would not help us get a room elsewhere and basically, we were out of luck. The guy at the reception desk told us all that he was just a messenger and he could not and would not do anything about it. He was rude and unapologetic. I just walked out and got a room at another hotel. It was my first experience with this hotel and will most likely be my last. I had an early morning flight out of Phoenix in the morning and to say this was an inconvenience is an understatement!! Horrible customer service!!

    Homeless

    We arrived at Red Roof at about 10:30 pm tonight. There were homeless people around hotel. We checked in and got a room key. We went to check the room and right next door two homeless guys knock on the door and someone let them in. It was not a good area. Would never stay there. The front desk Agent Gigi was extremely nice and helpful.
