Reviews
- VickiMar. 1, 2022Great site when traveling with pets
I have used BringFido while traveling with pets. Not only is it user friendly, if there is any kind of problem the customer service is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this app.
- DavidFeb. 24, 2022Very quiet room
Clean, quiet room on a fairly busy street. Sparse pet areas. The one I stayed in had access to the patio.
- MonaNov. 4, 2021Just so so
The room isn’t clean and has a funny odor. Very old and barely functioning ac. Won’t stay here again.
- AshleySep. 12, 2021Room is outdated
Our AC did not work.
- DawnetraSep. 4, 2021Not bad
Beds were very comfortable. Large rooms. Rooms were still a bit stinky from previous visitors. Also smelled of cigarette smoke, though it’s a non-smoking facility. Pet area is non-existing and consisted of sharp gravel, no grass. It was located very close to an event we came into town for so it was conveniently located and the rooms were large with comfortable beds. Would stay at again.
- MaryAug. 23, 2021I would choose elsewhere if possible
This hotel was, meh. They were friendly enough at the front desk, however the amenities were lacking. (Not a single wine bottle opener in the entire hotel) We were very underwhelmed. We have stayed at many hotels with our pups. We have received welcome kits with each visit which isn’t necessary, but so nice. Water and food bowl with a small treat. Sometimes even a small flat bed and toy. Here, nothing. The room was clearly a dedicated pet room which is fine, but it was incredibly sparse and overly perfumed to mask prior occupancy. The dog area was 3x12 rock area with dog waste bags at the back of the parking lot. There was no other area for dogs to walk around or for us to really hang outside. Areas that were outside had clear signs stating “no dogs”. There is a neighborhood behind hotel, but at night with no lighting I did not feel comfortable walking with them.
- GailMay. 30, 2021Good location, clean rooms
Had to ask for poop bags, very small gravel area for dogs to relieve themselves. No grass.
- KellyMay. 17, 2021Great location
Friendly people
- SaraMay. 7, 2021Safe location
Building, room and staff were all great! Despite being busy, staff were very responsive to keeping the grounds clean. There was one gentleman who I almost always saw out walking the grounds or the building to keep things clean and safe!
Small rocky potty area for the dogs but it’s on a quite enough street that we felt walking it even at night.
Pool was great for the kiddo. Within 10mins of many great food choices. - PatsyNov. 9, 2020Just OK
Not in a great area of town. There are signs all over the parking lot saying they are not responsible for break ins to cars. No maid service. I put my filled garbage can outside my door in the early afternoon and it was not dumped until the next day. I would stay someplace else if I visit Tucson again.
- RachelSep. 26, 2020Dog friendly
Very clean and easy to get to. Pet friendly rooms located on the first floor for easy access to the outside
- KateSep. 20, 2020Dirty and Understaffed
We had a filthy room with stained carpet that turned our feet black. The plumbing backed up and there was only a front desk person on staff for the entire hotel. The shower faucet turned 360 degrees so it wasn’t clear how to stop the water. I received a discount for the trouble but no apologies...do not recommend this hotel!

They were so nice and extremely pet friendly
- TaylarJun. 7, 2020no a/c
hotel staff were very friendly! the room was clean and comfortable but the A/c unit blew air the entire night with warm air!! Only there for one night so didn’t move rooms.
- ChristinaJan. 3, 2020Review
There was no comforters just sheets on the bed. My husband likes the air conditioner really cold so he was fine. I was cold and couldn’t sleep because no comforter was on the bed for me to keep warm. The good side of this hotel. It was a quiet and a very clean location. Very clean inside
- JoelNov. 26, 2019Great Pet Friendly Hotel in Tucson
We wanted a hotel that we could bring two large very well behaved dogs to and leave unattended in the room while we hit the night life on 4th Ave in Tucson. Very accommodating hotel staff. Great room and in good and safe neighborhood. Thanks to BringFido folks for making the suggestion. Highly recommend.
- CiaOct. 27, 2019Big Room, No Pet Area
There is no pet relief area except for some gravel. Our dog had been in the car for three days of driving (we stopped every night) and he was not happy about the gravel. A little grass would have been nice. The room is ok, it’s an older hotel with some fresh paint on the lobby. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for pet owners.
- RandallAug. 28, 2019Great stay!! Wonderful staff.
I could say a lot about our experience here. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The room was stylish, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific. The staff was wonderful. The place is very pet friendly and generally pleasant. Even the other guests seemed exceptionally friendly. We loved it. My partner Blake and I can't wait to return.
- JackMore than a year agogreat hotel and close to a nice park!
hotel is very nice - good breakfast, great pool and hot tub, and best of all very close to a fun dog park in reid park! one of the best la quintas we’ve stayed at for sure
