We were greatly promptly. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but the staff told us to hang around on the patio or lounge area and that wound up being a short wait. When we checked in they gave us a dog treat in a cute baggie. Unfortunately it was a treat for a much larger dog than my small 14 lb dog, but a nice gesture. They have a small gift shop, a restaurant at the hotel and a bar/lounge area. We had the breakfast one morning and it was a nice variety. Tasted good!
The rooms were clean and smelled nice. We were on the first floor right by an exterior door. There were spots all over the property for our dog to walk and take care of their business. They had plenty of bag and trash receptacles too. It was a comfortable stay and just a quick couple of minutes into the town with all the restaurants, shops and things to see. We really enjoyed our stay. Weather was amazing!! This property is very close the the freeway but you would never know. It was very quiet and up on a higher area. We would stay again!

They put us in a room that didn’t allow dogs and didn’t bring it up until the 2nd night. And then charged us $50 extra (and their pet fee is only $25).

While exiting my room to relieve puppy I was charged by two large dogs that were off leash in the hallway. Had to have police called. Hotel staff at checkout were rude when I asked for small compensation. Very poor customer service.

Woods behind hotel offer fun hiking or small groomed area closer for smaller dogs. Quiet, large rooms and friendly hotel staff. Nice breakfast included.

This Inn has it all. There is an adjoining restaurant with an excellent menu of very good food. The rooms are of good size with very nice decor and amenities.The pet area is very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is at a great location! It is right off the interstate with a gas station right next to it and a close drive to the Grand Canyon! Kind reception and easy check in. The breakfast was lacking… a half frozen blueberry muffin isn’t exactly delicious. The “non smoking” room smelled like smoke.

Beautiful room on first floor! Multiple areas to walk your dog. Friendly staff, wonderful restaurant on premises...we were here during Coronavirus pandemic and restaurant chef cooked for us to eat in our rooms and also provided a to go bagged breakfast in the morning! This is an amazing Arizona mountain stay!

We have used the Best Western in Williams several times and it continues to be a stand-out location when traveling with our two labrador retrievers. The rooms are good, outdoor walking facilities are excellent, and we enjoy having our “girls” with us at dinner. The staff, including the restaurant staff, are very dog friendly. We highly recommend it.
