Very large property in very nice condition. We had a suite with kitchenette that was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very helpful. I needed to print out some letters for work and they gladly did it for me. Easy access to highway. Adjacent to malls with nice restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

There was a little glitch at check-in but otherwise our stay was wonderful. The room was super clean, and not run down at all. Comfy room. The free drinks during Happy Hour and breakfast was very good and the ladies were very nice and lovely to chat with. They allowed us to bring our small dog inside as long as we sat at the bar area.❤️A very nice grassy dog area with bags. My pup enjoyed it! We will always stay here when in Yuma! Thank you Best Western Yuma Mall!

It’s an ok stopover, but I wouldn’t stay longer than the one night. Was a bit confusing for food delivery guy, address sorta complicated. Had multiple buildings with same room numbers, but they all had a different moniker to each building.

The hotel is well located, well maintained, with a friendly staff. Two clean grassy areas on hotel property with dog poop bags and disposal containers. A 5 min or so drive to a huge off-leash Bark Park. There is a hot breakfast, and a variety of cereals, pastries, juices. This will definitely be my preferred stop when staying in Yuma.

Great breakfast, comfy room. Great pool according to my grandson. Plenty of walking areas for my German Shepherd.

Very nice room and convenient to the dog area. Lots of options for food within 1 mile. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff. Easy access from I-8.

This is a nice motel with friendly staff. It's very spread out, in an architecturally interesting way. Clean and well kept; they were renovating some of the walkway tile while we were there so you know they're willing to put money into the property. Our only complaint is the room was on the small side. Two adults, one cat, two laptop bags, and one suitcase left very little space for a litter box. That cost the rating one bone, otherwise it would have got a five.

I gave it 3 bones because of the low pet fee and the rooms were clean. Older, but clean. That is really the only plus. There is no grass and no pet bags.

Pet friendly...charged 20 per dog which isn’t bad. Pet areas were maintained however the sprinkler system that waters the are ok the morning floods the sloped grassy area pooling water at the base of the slope. The rooms themselves were old and run down. Wall paper peeling off the walls. Furniture old and rundown looking. Musty smell. Felt more like. A stay at a motel than a hotel.

They have plenty of dog walking areas with bags and trash. The rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is delicious! We will definitely use this as our go to in Yuma!

This is a solid Best Western, great front desk staff, clean and comfortable rooms and convenient location right by I8 and the mall. I am giving 4 stars because this is a great dog friendly inn. In terms of other dog friendly hotels/motels in the area against quality, amenities and cost - I would stay here again. They charge a flat $20 if you have pets, external doors allow you easy in and out with your fur babies and their pet area rocks with lots of lush grass! They offer free hot breakfast AND a happy hour in the evenings including 2 adult beverages.
