We spent one night here. The staff was friendly and the room looked good. It's in a sketchy area and if you get a second floor room, make sure you're in shape. The stairs are steep and there's no elevator. As I said, the room looked good. However, after taking a shower, I walked across the room and sat down to put on socks. My feet were literally black. It was gross.

This was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were so clean, they were very welcoming to our dogs, and the staff was the absolute nicest. There isn’t anywhere to really walk your dog except for the sidewalk off the Main Street and that’s fine, but not the safest feeling at night because it’s on a hill so it feels like cars don’t really see you until the last minute. Overall a really great stay though.

Room was ok, bed was great, breakfast was very nice but there was no grassy place to walk the dog. The only pet offering was a biscuit at the front desk - no bowls, water, etc. Pet owners were told to go across the street for pet walking or pets were supposed to use the parking lot, but they did sweep up. It's not ideal but not terrible. They should convert a parking space to a dog area.

What a great little find this was. The owner/manager was super helpful and accommodating, and her two dogs are a riot. The quality of the room surprised on every level: mattress, bedding, towels, amenities, cleanliness. And there is plenty of decent walking space nearby. Yahtzee!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Outside was well lit. There isn’t a large space for the dogs to use the potty, but enough. The person that check us in (manager?) was so nice! She has her own dogs and let me know that her dogs were out and about at times off leash as it is their home. She said if that would bother me or my dog, to please let her know and she would make sure her dogs were not out when I had my dog out. This was not a problem for us and she is out supervising her dogs when they are doing their thing. She gave us suggestions on locations to eat. We had a great night and I would definitely stay again.

Rodeway Inn Barstow has very clean rooms, friendly staff but there is no pet area. It is on Main Street (4 lanes) and there is a grass strip across the 4 lane road, but nothing on site

The owners were kind. Made breakfast for you. Loved the room. It was very clean, as in the baseboards were clean and no gross build up. I would highly recommend this place.

Rooms are remodeled, clean, quiet. Owners are welcoming to owners and dogs. They provide a good breakfast and the owner will cook eggs and waffles for you if you want them. Both owners are extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
