Best Western Plus Corning Inn welcomes two pets up to 80 lbs for an additional fee of $15 per pet, per night, with a maximum fee up to $100 per week, plus a refundable deposit of $50. Guests with pets are permitted in Standard King and Standard Two Queen Rooms. Less than ten rooms are pet-friendly. Guests with pets must call (877) 411-3436 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties. Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets may not be left unattended in rooms. Treats and waste bags are available at the front desk, and there is a grassy area for pet relief on the property.

We arrived at 8 pm after 12 hours of driving. It took the front desk employee 45 minutes to figure out that we had already paid Bring Fido for the room. The newer employee at the front desk was not trained how to process our reservation and told us we needed to pay again. I showed him the confirmation email on my phone that we had paid for the room on our credit card. The desk employee was totally confused and ended up calling his night manager who was at home. We stood in the lobby while the desk called his manager several times.
The night manager told us it was our responsibility to call BringFido and resolve this. We felt the manager should call BringFido but we ended up calling ourselves and BringFido was great and stayed on the phone with us the whole time trying to help the desk understand. The manager and the front desk never apologized for the poor way they handled the situation or for the 45 minutes we stood in an empty lobby trying to get into our already paid for room.

I was happy with the hotel but deleted your app as the hotel was not aware I was bringing a dog. Luckily I called early on my way and made sure they knew we had a dog. Very unhappy with BringFido.

Staff was attentive. Dirt lot on side of hotel allowed plenty of space to walk my dog. Room was clean and very comfortable-I would stay again. Starbucks right next door.

This is a nice place to stay with your dogs. Plenty of space for them to do their business and bags available near the office to clean up after them. Rooms are nice and breakfast was very good. Only complaint is that the carpet needed cleaning. Also the motel is right behind a Starbucks, which is nice too.

Very dog friendly. Plenty of room around the grounds to walk your dog. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Nice indoor pool to take a relaxing dip. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Room and bed comfortable and clean. Good hamburger joint just on the other side of fwy.
