Hotel in good location, lobby clean and nice, room was pretty clean until husband found a sock in chair. If you want hot water you must run the shower or sink for twenty minutes until it is hot. The lady in front of us at check-in was having major issues with clerk. Signed her up for three reservations under different names. We stood for 15 minutes waiting for them to fix that mess. Then another clerk showed up to take my info then told me the other clerk needed to go check our room before we could have keys. Said it would be 10 minutes. After waiting for another 25 minutes, they finally gave us keys.
The hotel was very nice, the staff was amazing, and it was wonderful to be able to travel with our 2 little dogs out of state to see family, and stay in a clean quiet welcoming hotel.
This hotel was dirty, a/c do don’t work well, shower was broken not really any decent area to take your dog out. We had been driving for 13 hours and it was too hot to deal with complaining and trying to find another hotel. I did let them know via phone call that the room a/c didn’t work well, the shower LITERALLY had the water flow of a drinking fountain and couldn’t adjust. They initially tried to put us on the 3rd floor with 2 big dogs- and only had one way in “for covid” you could exit the other doors but had to walk around to the front to get back to your room. Never been to the area so I went off of being fido only to find a hotel. Not pleased at all with this one.
This Hampton Inn is fantastic. I felt welcomed and comfy here. My parents also liked it. The staff was so friendly too. My room was clean and the halls quite. I recommend this Hampton Inn. 5 Bones!!
