      Great Staff, Bad Pet Hotel

      We stayed here as a stop on a long road trip. Hotel staff person was polite and helpful with pet info, other info and bottom floor request.

      However, there is no pet relief area that we could find and we feel like we almost got mugged walking on a street behind the hotel to look for a better toilet space. The area is shady with vagrants, stumbling drunken people, and possible drug dealers. Very scary. Room was noisy and was not clean - bedspread had debris on it and floor was not clean. There was lots of dust built up under the beds. We would not stay here again and even our dogs were not comfortable.
