The first room we got smelled terrible, like old cigarettes, damp carpet and mold, and was in the very back of the hotel with no available parking. We asked to switch rooms and were moved to a room in the main building, which smelled better than the other one and was upstairs above the breakfast area (no elevators). The decor was really dated; the furniture was all from 1970’s and uncomfortable but there was plenty of storage for our stuff and it was easy to take the dog out to the grass areas from there. The bed was fine. The shower was okay. We had to check out a day early and were assured by the staff we could get a refund for the unused night. However, BringFido tried to get their approval and they refused, so we lost about $165. Would not come back here. Other notes: This location is right next to another hotel and they have similar names.

Hotel is in a great location but a little loud as it’s right off the freeway. Rooms could’ve been a little cleaner but overall a good experience. All the staff at the front desk were wonderful and very professional and friendly. We would stay again.

I needed some business services so I could be productive in my room. They came through for me. Dog was happy and comfy there too.

Room was perfect. Clean, great location, nice layout and had a kitchen. We were even allowed to bring our large senior dog with us. Worst part was the stairs.
