Great experience for a first time. We have an older dog and we think he loved the experience; he probably slept better than the rest of us. Location is nice and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel could use a little TLC, but great for the price.

People need to clean up after their pets!!! The hotel is great enough to allow fur babies to stay for free, the least people could do is utilize the bags provided and clean up after them. Hotel staff was friendly.

the staff was welcoming threw out the stay. The hotel was in a quiet location close to the freeway. the tool was nice, even though the restroom was a bit small it served its purpose. The only negative about the hotel was the pet relief area was not well kept, guests used the pop trash cans as a trash can and it was not cleaned out for a couple days. Other than that it was a nice place in a nice location and we will definitely stay again.

HORRIBLE! This was my first time in California. The room was super small for KING bed. drove all the way from Texas, to only stay up till 2 AM, the room beside us was banging the wall and blasting the music and TV. I called the front desk and nothing was done. The noise escalated! Woke up at 6 AM to hear the same room again. A man was making threats to a woman, and was exchanging strong words. banging loud on the room door, she had locked them out. Will not be back, mainly because the front desk did nothing to solve this issue.

Wonderful hotel stay, rooms smelled great, was worried about staying in a hotel that allowed dogs and so pleasantly surprised. Very clean and helpful staff. Thanks so much, would stay with you again anytime. Website was wonderful for booking it had so many options that were very helpful in filtering out our hotel stay.

I’m not sure what happened....I’ve been here before and had a pleasant experience. 6 months later, the place looks a little run down, as soon as you get out of the elevators, you are hit with the overwhelming smell of urine everywhere. The bathroom in the room looked dirty, the bathtub didn’t look like it’s been scrubbed in a very long time. We even found someone’s vape pen when we pulled the covers off the bed. All in all, this place is not clean enough.

Really liked the location and ease of stay. Plenty of parking in the area and nearby grass space to take the dog out potty. The room was quiet and I would stay here again.

The place was indeed dog friendly by which I mean that they allowed dogs. The relieving areas were not clean. People did not pick up after their own dogs maybe due to the poop bags not being refilled at the station.
I brought my own poop bags so this didn’t affect me.The staff was not that friendly. Especially the woman in the late evening who was short and quick to answer in such a rude tone. I and the party with me were arriving late, but my younger sister would arrive a little bit early. So I asked if My sister could go into the room ahead and that I would be happy to provide any information needed to prove that she was indeed my sister and part of our party.
Rude Lady at the front desk: No you can’t that’s not possible. You should’ve fixed it earlier.
I call again but this time to reservations and she said it was fine and should only take 5 mins.
