- MaryFeb 13, 2024Great stay
Wonderful staff and hotel. Our pet was treated very well as were we!
- CherylAug 30, 2023Lovely remodeled hotel
Hotel was great and everyone was very nice. When we asked where to take the dogs to relieve themselves, we were told that people normally walk them and they just go on the sidewalk. We did find a library nearby to walk them with artificial turf. Of course we were diligent about cleaning up after them, but felt bad because a number of homeless people were resting there. We were able to dine on the patio with the dogs but one of the hostesses was hesitant initially. But seriously, all the hotel staff were all very kind.
The hotel charged a pet fee of $100 + a $9.50 pet tax. Just a tip, if you self park (right next to the hotel) it is $25 a night. If you have the valet park it for you, it is $55 a night. - JodiAug 11, 2023Beautiful hotel
It was a gorgeous hotel that accepts dogs but doesn’t necessarily cater to dogs. However, the low beds and tough carpet made it the perfect playground for my active aging dog to be able to run around, yet be able to jump up on the bed easily. Our AC broke the first night and we had to move rooms. They felt so bad they upgraded our room the second day and we got the room with the big tub! Oh my gosh. Highly recommend. It was like having your own spa in the center of your room. Pool is currently closed which was a huge bummer but the tub made up for it. Lol.
- DashunMar 19, 2020Good hotel
This is a really trendy hotel. The hotel itself is very old but has been remodeled. The staff is extra friendly and welcomed my 150lb mastiff. Parking is $18/night and the drinks at the rooftop bar are really expensive but what do you except from downtown LA. Overall it’s a good hotel but be prepared to spend some money.
