      Absolutely horrible!

      This is the worst place to stay whether you have a dog or not. I made a reservation and requested a ground floor because of the dog and a disability. When I arrived the hotel lobby was dirty and a very rude young woman was working the front desk. I told her I needed a ground floor room and she said there is no guarantee. I explained my situation and she still was rude. I then told her I would need to cancel the reservation and she said she wasn’t going to cancel, that I would have to do it myself. When I requested her name she refused to give it to me. I then asked to see the manager and she said she would call them when she was done sweeping the floor, which by the way was very dirty, I called the 800 number for the hotel and since it was Sunday that part of the office was closed. For sure I will be calling first thing tomorrow morning!
