Although the hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated, the location is not a place to take dogs. We had an abysmal night. The worst was the movement activated light in the room that turned itself on and off for no reason. It was an absolute nightmare especially since it made a sound every time it went on and off. There also was police activity on our floor at 1am. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is nice and clean and quiet. Our room was near the lounge and we could not hear any of the music or voices in our room. The lack of a designated pet area is a small drawback. Our dogs use the rock-filled planters, but it a bit difficult to pick up poop from the rocks. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean and large room. Did not like faucet in bathroom (photocell). When activated, it only put out cold water and would turn off after a very brief period.

The hotel was clean and rooms were updated and large. The shower had great water pressure which is sometimes hard to find. It was located with easy access right off the freeway. The only drawback was the railroad adjacent to the property so train horns were going off all night. The negative about the hotel was when asked where I could walk my dog, I was told the front parking lot was probably the safest place (I arrived at 8:30 pm). And parking in the front would also be best since staff monitors front desk and has a view of the parking.

The first room smelled of urine and although there was no issue getting into another room, that room had a faulty sensor in an automatic light switch resulting in an entire night of the light coming on and switching off. I reported it to the front desk and was told it was a continuing problem with many of the rooms but no one knew how to fix it.

Great hotel for the price. Large clean recently upgraded rooms, nice gym area, laundry facilities. German shepherd was very happy here. Nice simple bar. Decent breakfast. Pleasantly surprised at the extra value for price!

My room was wonderful. Plenty of room and my dog was SO happy to be of the road and able to have room to “play”. I would give it a “5 bone” review except there is NO pet-potty-area!!!! Was told the dog park is a BLOCK AWAY!! Sad. The staff was very friendly… clean room, great bed :)

It's very clean in the room. But, no maid service if staying less than 3 nights so trash bags are in the halls and next to trash bin near elevator by the end of each day. Not scary but the location is weird and most of the guests are young men/contractors. The doors slam shut almost non stop up and down the hall - the walls would shake. Thus was true all 3 nights I stayed. If the doors aren't slamming it is quiet. Location: the hotel is literally in the center of 2 railroad tracks (What city planner approved that???). Where to walk the dog? At night I went across the street to the city offices where there are grass areas and decent lighting. During the day I crossed the RR tracks to the walk the dog in the neighborhood which had sidewalks.

Not really any big complaints as far as dog compatibility. Not dedicated dog potty area, but I'm not sure that they had any place to put one. No carpeting, which was pet friendly. The room seemed clean, but my husband did not put on shoes immediately after showering (rookie mistake!), and his feet became very dirty very quickly. They may want to pay more attention to floor cleaning. We would stay here again.

We spent one night with our two small dogs. The staff was very accommodating. They were sweet with the dogs, giving them treats. Fitness room decent size. Not much for grass, but it worked out fine. Dog park close.
