Room was dirty. AC didn’t work. Bugs in the bathroom. Terrible. Terrible. Did not sleep at all. Will never stay at a Best Western again. Was an absolute waste of money.

I was very happy with my one night stay at this BW hotel. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this pet hotel for anyone needing accommodation off the 5.

Checked in and found out we were put on the third floor with three dogs. No first-floor rooms available. We have three dogs and this made it very difficult to take them out for potty breaks.

This was the first hotel we've stayed in that had carpet on the floor. My dog loved the carpet, but hated the elevator ride to the second floor.

Beds comfortable. Room is nice. Good grassy area at back of hotel for pets. The advertised “free breakfast” ended up being a paper bag with a fruit cup, granola bar, and apple juice, as their restaurant was closed.

Everything you need; nothing you don’t. My Feb visit was after the rain and the grass around the motel was wonderfully green and lush. Loved the white towel quality, the bedding quality, little refrigerator was cold (thank you), everything worked. I was able to leave my dog in the room for an hour to have breakfast at Dennys across the street. I was impressed.

No amenities for our animals. Rooms were okay. Nice little grassy area. Also near gas stations, restaurants, and everything you could need. Just meh 😔

The hotel was great, the entire place is surrounded by grass! The rooms are big, no crazy dog rules, only $20 pet fee. And the “dog rule” thing they make you sign is super cute…it’s actually written as if the dog was reading it! Nice dog park a couple miles down the road too. The breakfast was a nice addition; it wasn’t great, but filled my tummy before I got on the road. I will stay here again.

The place is right off the interstate so very convenient for travelers traveling with their pets. Was clean, quiet and the room was large and comfortable for myself and my two dogs.

The hotel is old and shows it. Plumbing is slow -- prepare to stand in ankle deep water when you shower. The sink takes a long time to drain. Moring breakfast is ok, but the coffee is nothing but brown water. The bed was comfortable. Although no designated area, there is good grass for the dogs.

We drove an extra hour because the reviews of this hotel were so much better than the budget hotels near Sacramento. It was well worth the drive. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy. It was also very quiet. There was plenty of space to walk our 2 pups around the outside of the building.

Friendly staff, very dog friendly hotel, there were lots of dogs staying here. Dog gift at check-in, grass areas for potty walks. $20 pet fee, very reasonable. Easy just off I-5 location. This will be on our list of places to stay with our two dogs. BringFido was very helpful when I realized I had made the reservation for the wrong date, friendly, superb service. Thank you BringFido.
