Staff were friendly to our dog.

Great option to stay with the dogs for a late arrival from the CAT ferry. The on-site restaurant looked welcoming. We didn’t get to experience the pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

From the dogs: Spencer loved the comfortable bed. Theo likes to find a "cave" where he can put his blanket. This room had choices! And the people had choices of nice chairs. It was great!

No dog or cat treats at front desk. Only 10 people allowed in pool and weight room at the same time so times one would be totally empty. Elevators and rooms need to be maintained. We asked for lower floor at booking and given 6th of 7.

Ah! White linen, different types of pillows to choose from, nice quality products in the bathroom, strong shower and bath, friendly service, parking, a pool, an elevator.... all things I experienced before having a dog. It was so nice to stay in a nice hotel with my dog. She wasn't allowed in the pool area (understandable), but also not allowed in the room alone (I guess I get that. She could bark if I'm not there), but they did keep her at reception for me while I had a quick swim! I really, really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you BringFido, and thank you Rodd Grand. Also, I got a better price on BringFido than I saw at other places. With the comparatively lower room rate, and the no pet fee, it was cheaper than Best Western or Comfort Inn.
