We brought buddy and there were bedbugs and cockroaches. We told the front desk and were forced to get a different hotel. They refused to refund anything except for the parking pass. Zero bones if I could.

Safe Stay: Surfer Beach Hotel has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Cashless payment is available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
