Very Friendly Staff!!
We were very welcomed with our dog, Kyla. Hey even accommodated her begging for treats!

This is a top of the line hotel, and one of our favorites anywhere. The staff are polite and accommodating, from the maintenance staff to the front desk. The location was superb, the wife loved the shopping while I did some touristy activities. Our room was clean and spacious, and amazingly quiet given our downtown SF location.
